Designing this report was a meaningful experience, as I wanted to visually reflect Iraq’s ambition to reduce its dependence on oil revenue and transition to a greener, more diverse economy. My approach focused on creating a design that was both modern and accessible, ensuring that the report’s key messages, like the need for green technologies, sustainable job creation, and climate action, are clearly conveyed to a wide audience. Every page of this report is crafted to present Iraq’s vision for a resilient, inclusive, and green economy in a compelling and easy-to-follow manner.
Highlighting Iraq’s Green Growth Vision
The "Carbon Finance & Capacity Building 2024" report is designed to support Iraq’s response to some of its most significant challenges, including climate change, environmental degradation, and the need for economic diversification. As Iraq prepares for substantial demographic changes by 2050, this report outlines strategies to harness the potential of the nation's youth and shift toward a sustainable, diversified economy through investment in green industries and technologies.
In creating the design, I focused on a clear and impactful layout that not only enhances the report’s readability but also emphasizes key areas of Iraq’s green growth strategy, such as the development of renewable energy, green job creation, and environmental stewardship. The design complements the report's mission to guide Iraq toward a future that balances economic growth with environmental responsibility.
